Jamie grew up outside of Frederick, Maryland, and then moved for college to Pittsburgh, where she graduated from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science degree in graphic design. She lived in Pittsburgh for nine years before moving to York for her husband’s job, and was a stay-at-home mom to her daughter until she started kindergarten. During that time Jamie became involved with Marketing Works in 2009 as a member of the Works Team, supporting field events and special projects for numerous clients. In 2014, she was asked to fill in at Marketing Works for a fellow employee going on maternity leave—and they have never asked her to leave! Currently, Jamie manages the Works Team program, which consists of over 60 part-time, on-call employees.

Favorite Holiday: A tie between Thanksgiving and Christmas—any holiday where we get to hang out with family and eat a lot of good food! Mashed potatoes are a favorite.

Unique/Interesting Phobia: Centipedes! She is terrified of them.
